Claremont on the Park features lush, shared garden spaces that enhance privacy, encourage informal interaction, and create a visually rich green oasis for residents. Designed for Mirvac, the landscape includes vertical gardens, layered planting, and integrated seating throughout.

This mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of Walyalup transforms the former Courthouse and Police Station into a vibrant new precinct. Surrounded by Fremantle Prison, the Markets, Fremantle Oval and Walyalup Koort Civic Centre, the project reimagines a once-dormant, institutionally defined site through sensitive design moves that integrate hospitality, residential and public uses, while delivering much-needed green space to the neighbourhood.

Completed in 2024, AMC Park is now defined by a series of culturally inclusive spaces, upgraded facilities, and an expanded playground that’s better connected to the Community Centre in the heart of Spalding.
